Natty Harrison

Natty is passionate about yoga beyond the physical postures, embracing it as a holistic practice that transforms the mind, body, and spirit. She specialises in Ashtanga Vinyasa, with 500-hour advanced training through Yoga Dharma Essex. Her teaching emphasises finding strength, balance, and presence both on and off the mat. For Natty, yoga is a way to pause and reconnect amidst life’s chaos:

Yoga has always felt like it brings me home and from my first class I knew what I was meant to become. I love teaching yoga but I also remain forever a student.”
