Jessie

I discovered Pilates three years ago and was instantly drawn to its ability to relieve stress, reset the mind, and boost those feel-good endorphins—what began as a personal escape quickly became a passion for helping others feel the same transformation. My approach is all about mindful movement, building strength from within, and giving you the space to switch off, reconnect, and leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more energised.

Wellness Tip:
‘Gently remind yourself that staying present is enough right now’

A former stylist with over 30 years of experience, Sam turned her passion for yoga into a dynamic teaching career. She combines styles like Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Rocket, and Yin to create fluid, music-enhanced classes that build strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Sam also enjoys paddleboard and beach yoga, connecting with nature.

Natty Harrison

Natty is passionate about yoga beyond the physical postures, embracing it as a holistic practice that transforms the mind, body, and spirit. She specialises in Ashtanga Vinyasa, with 500-hour advanced training through Yoga Dharma Essex. Her teaching emphasises finding strength, balance, and presence both on and off the mat. For Natty, yoga is a way to pause and reconnect amidst life’s chaos:

Yoga has always felt like it brings me home and from my first class I knew what I was meant to become. I love teaching yoga but I also remain forever a student.”
